25g sugar free muesli

125g low fat Greek yogurt (<3% fat)

100g frozen mixed berries

75ml light cranberry juice

4 ice cubes

½ small banana

100g (3.5oz) frozen raspberries, defrosted

100g (3.5oz) low fat Greek yogurt

150ml (¼ pt) skimmed milk

Mango & Banana Smoothie

1 small banana, peeled and roughly chopped

½ large ripe mango, peeled, stoned and sliced

Grated zest and juice of ½ lime

100 ml orange juice, or more to taste

 


Rhubarb & Raspberry Smoothie

150g carton low kcal rhubarb yogurt
50g raspberries (reserving some for decorating)
100ml milk
freshly ground black pepper

2 kiwis

130g low kcal vanilla ice-cream or frozen yogurt

30g fresh blueberries
30g fresh raspberries, washed
½ medium banana
60g natural low fat yogurt
75ml semi-skimmed milk
2 ice cubes, optional

½ ripe avocado
150ml skimmed milk
1 tbsp clear honey
Strawberry or raspberry coulis, for garnish
